Initiate Your Request
Log into your Magnus account and select the order you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
